We are an organization of concerned physicians committed to the establishment of a health care system that preserves the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship, promotes quality of care, supports affordable access to all Americans, and protects patients’ freedom of choice.
I applaud the efforts of the physicians who have set up this organization to educate other physicians and their patients about the health care reform efforts underway.
Unfortunately, I do not agree with their approach. Physicians need to organize and get together behind a platform that will support the administration’s desire to reform the health care system, assist in guiding the process and provide those *in charge* with meaningful input from those working within system.
The more fragmented our message, the less effective it will be. Social networking enables physicians to unite together… perhaps our efforts would be more successful if we utilized these platforms as opposed to fragmented 1.0 sites such as this.
