Thanksgiving Football … and the injuries that follow :-(

Every year we gear up and go out for a *friendly* football game…  this year will be no different.  But we are getting older and most of us are mid-40’s and older.  These pictures show what a normal meniscus (cartilage) disk should look like and the aftermath of one of our games last year, when a buddy thought he could pivot, twist and go like a pro…  Hopefully this year will be much less traumatic.
